  2. How to swap items on Len-Den?
    • We offer free public viewing of items we have available online through the Len-Den page. However, once you find an item you are interested in, you would have to register with the website to make offers.
    • An offer is a request to trade a particular item with one or more of yours; this means that in order for you to make an offer on someone’s item, you would have to post your items using "Post an Item" button.
    • There are many ways of swapping, you can make an offer on someone’s item with a similar type of item, or offer multiple items to increase your chances of winning. For example, if you like person A’s DVD, you can bid on the DVD with another DVD, or a CD and VCD.
    • You determine the value of the other person’s item by choosing what you want to make an offer on it. If the person agrees with the offers you have made, then the trade is complete and you will both need to arrange for swapping items.
    • You are allowed to make an offer on multiple items, and others can also make multiple offers on your item. "Offers In" tab on the Item Page lists all the offer received for that particular item. "Offers Out" page lists all the offers sent out for that item.
    • Offers In and Offers Out provide links to exchange messages with the person who has made offer and negotiate the deal by appropriate selecting items you want to make an offer for.

  9. Tips for easy and fast uploads
Start putting all your swap worthy items in one place, on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Put on your favorite song by Kishore Da, Mohammed Rafi, Mukesh, Lata, Asha, R.D. Burman or any of your favorite composer or singer, take out your digital camera (change resolution to small :), and snap away. Have fun with the pose, placement, and background. When you done, put all pictures in one folder in your computer, and start posting them. Remember to take a picture of the tag with brand and size, that way when you are posting them later, you don’t have to go back to the stack and find the size!
