Its first novel by Ravi Subramanian and I must say that while reading this book, it did not appear to me that this is Mr. Ravi Subramanian's first novel. Its greatly engrossing novel, well written. It just took about 2 weeks for me to finish The Appeal. I wont say its a great novel by John Grisham, but for those who have not missed any John Grisham novel, they should read it. Its short.
